On June 10, the Company and Guangdong Province Dongyuan County Government entered into the cooperation framework agreement of high-purity quartz and silicon carbide integrative industry plant project. The total investment of the project plans to be 18 billion RMB yuan, in which Phase 1 plans to be invested 10 billion yuan, Phase 2 plans to be invested 3 billion yuan, Phase 3 plans to be invested 5 billion yuan. After establishing the whole construction and achieving the production output, it is estimated that the annual production output will be 20 billion yuan, and the annual income tax will be 3 billion yuan.
